CREAM 3 takes that heritage further by rebuilding its preamp section around four NOVA-powered preamp families, expanding the tonal range of the original suite with more detailed harmonic behavior, more natural dynamic response, and a richer interaction between gain, saturation, and source material.
Paired with a reorganized EQ workflow and vintage-inspired compression, CREAM 3 moves beyond hardware recreation and becomes a complete British channel strip for tracking, mixing, and bus processing.

CREAM 3 is organized around three dedicated processing sections - Preamp, EQ, and Compressor - each with its own detailed workspace while remaining part of a single continuous signal path. Every module can be enabled or bypassed independently, allowing CREAM 3 to work either as a complete British channel strip or as a dedicated analog processor wherever your mix needs it.
The preamp section is the heart of CREAM 3, bringing together 40 emulations across four British preamp families: Line, Mic, Tube, and C. Rebuilt with NOVA, they deliver more detailed harmonic response, more natural dynamic behavior, and authentic channel-to-channel variations sampled from individual console channels, recreating the subtle inconsistencies of classic British recording equipment.
CREAM 3 combines two classic British EQ families into a clearer workflow built around MAGIC, BASS, PRESENCE, and TREBLE. Eleven EQ models are organized to make the full tonal palette faster to navigate while preserving the character of the original British designs.
The compressor section offers four distinct dynamics models, from fast, transparent control to smooth vari-mu behavior, with two additional models offering greater accuracy and faster transient response. Whether you need glue, leveling, punch, or attitude, CREAM 3 lets you tailor the final stage of the signal chain without leaving the plugin.
