Acustica Audio's web-shop is a Business to Client (B2C) online shop. European Union customers will receive an automatic receipt after payment with local VAT applied and following EU Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) rules. Customers from countries (list) will receive also an invoice 48 hours after payment. Outside European Union customers will receive an automatic receipt after payment without VAT.
For Business to Business (B2B) intra-community purchases, before making the purchase compile the mandatory section in the checkout section including your UE valid VAT exemption number and complete company information.
NOTE: for B2B purchases in Italy the mandatory check-out fields are: SDI or PEC and Fiscal Code.
Business to client (B2C) and business to business (B2B) invoices are generated and controlled by humans, invoices are sent by non-certified email in PDF format with a delay of 48 hours but a delay of up to 14 working days is possible in case of promotional periods or staff vacations.
Any request for the invoice shall be expressly made no later than the time of the order (or before).
Our marketplace is a Business to Consumer (B2C) shop, prices of our products can be different for Business to Business (B2B) customers.
Customers who are going to make a B2B trasaction please open a ticket to our support before purchasing any products.
Fake customer information or anonymous purchases are not supported! Please check your Acustica Audio account personal information before making a purchase.
Invoices must have a correlation between the invoice number and issue date. If you need an invoice, we strongly recommend you to request it from our sales department via the help-desk ticket immediately after making the payment.
If you pay in Acustica Audio's web-shop with a PayPal account or e-mail address different from the one registered in your Acustica Audio account, the product will not be supplied automatically to you. It, therefore, must be supplied manually to your account by the sales department upon your request.
To contact Acustica Audio support go to the ‘Support and Help-desk Section’ in your Acustica Audio account. We do not provide support via social networks, public forums, Acustica Audio forums, or email accounts.
Acustica Audio may offer subscriptions for certain products or bundles with plans of 1 month, 6 months and 12 months. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next subscription renewal term. You will automatically be charged the subscription price before the start of each subscription term (i.e., every month in the case of monthly subscriptions or each year in the case of annual subscriptions).
Some of our subscription plans may include free trials as part of an ongoing subscription service. After the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically to the payment method you provided during sign-up. If you cancel the subscription during the trial, you can still use the trial until it ends, and no automatic payments will be initiated. It's important to note that the trial period can only be used once.
You may cancel the subscription at any time through your Acustica Audio account.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will no longer be charged for additional subscription terms, and you may continue to use the product(s) for the remaining subscription term for which you were charged. For the avoidance of doubt, subscriptions are not refundable or transferable. If you allow your subscription to lapse by failing to pay, your product(s) will no longer run. Subscription pricing is subject to change. New pricing takes effect upon renewal of your subscription. Acustica Audio reserves the right to change bundle content.
Acustica Audio uses PayPal as third party payment gateway provider to process all payments through its website. You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information and further agree to any terms and conditions of such third party payment provider. In the case of refusal of payment, your access to the subscription plan will be denied.
Products installation and authorization
The product(s) included in your subscription plan(s) will appear directly on the 'purchase' page of the Aquarius desktop, from which they can be installed. Each product included in your subscription plan has a 30-day authorization, and it's automatically renewed when you open the Aquarius desktop. Automatic renewal requires an available internet connection for the Aquarius desktop. You can check the expiration date of the authorization of each product installed and included in your subscription plan(s) on the 'subscriptions' page of the Aquarius desktop.
- All promotions (weekly, weekend, and special offers) end at 11:59 PM CET on the date indicated on the shop.
- Introductory prices for new products end at 11:59 PM CET on the date indicated on the shop.
- Major sales events (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) end at 11:59 PM CET on the date indicated on the shop.
- Any additional 'special coupon' is not combinable with loyalty discounts at checkout.
1.1 General.
After you order an Application and pay any corresponding price, you may download and access a copy of the Application, as applicable, for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring before purchase that your device meets any minimum system requirements, including any requirement that we make available on the Application product detail pages.
1.2 Trial Access.
We may offer a free trial and other limited versions of Applications so you can preview Applications prior to purchase. These versions may have limited features, may restrict permitted time of use, and may contain other limitations.
1.3 Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of Acusticaudio Srl Acusticaudio s.r.l. a socio unico products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product, therefore, we DO NOT offer refund or exchange after purchase is made. If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please submit a support ticket, we will do our best to resolve the problem. We always recommend trying the trial versions before buy.
Note (only for a product without a trial version): we can evaluate a refund during the first 14 days.

The second hand marketplace is a dedicated area for users that wish to sell and purchase second hand plugins with unlimited license transfers. Below are the guidelines and conditions for selling and purchasing plugins.
Seller fees
For sellers, there will be a fee to pay, calculated at 15% of either the product's original purchase price (if available) or based on the current cost of the product in our shop. There is a minimum "floor" value for transactions equal to €20.
For Nebula and Modula, the fee is set at a fixed value of €10 and is not subject to change.
We aim to make this fee transparent and fair, reflecting the value of the service provided.
Transaction management
It's important to note that we do not directly manage the sales transactions. This means that buyers and sellers are free to choose their preferred method of transaction.
Payment security
While transactions occur outside of our platform, we strongly recommend using traceable payment methods for added security. This helps protect both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy exchange of goods.
Limitations
- Second-hand products are not eligible for free upgrades. Only bug fixing will occur (updates).
- Product transfer limit: the product can go through a maximum of five users or hands. Once this number reaches 0, a product will no longer be transferable.
Conditions
- Maximum email change limit: once per year.
- After an email change, ownership transfer is not possible for 15 days.
- Transferred products cannot be returned.
- Product transfers cannot be canceled.
- Resale restriction: no resale allowed within the first 6 months of purchase.
- Exclusions from resale: NFR (Not For Resale), free products, educational licenses, special, OEM, time-limited licenses, institutional, bundles and services are not eligible for resale.
- Temporary suspension during promotions: during massive promotions (Black Friday, Xmas Sale, Easter Sale, etc.), some products may be temporarily suspended from sale for up to 20 days.
- Temporary suspension in normal promotion periods: some products may be temporarily suspended from sale for a limited and variable period of up to 10 days.
- End-of-life products: end-of-life products are not eligible for resale. If resale is desired, a higher fee is applied due to manual handling. Please open a support ticket.
Acustica Audio is not responsible for any misuse of the Second Hand Marketplace, loss of data, or issues deriving from private transactions. These terms and conditions may change at any time and without prior notice.
