Dashboard issue

Hi guys,

Sent a ticket but emailed sometime before, no reply.
Can't download or update anything.
Box downloading giving an expired error for everything.

There is an issue with my Dashboard from few days ago, i can not
access it at all on Google Chrome Win 7. It Loads, opens for one
second and then the whole thing just goes blank. Was not like this.
Prime Total, Nebula Server 3, Scarlett 3, Amethyst 2, Aquamarine 3, Titanium, Magenta 3, Navy, Sand, Pink, Pink Compressors.

Mine no longer shows any Libraries. Products and Licenses only.

Great support and rearing.
Seems expired Box cookies were the culprit.
Logged into my Box account and that seems to have refreshed them.

I'll know if all's well,
when I get to the studio.

Couldn't get the studio computer to behave.
Had to download updates from the home computer and
install from a thumb drive.

Same exact thing here, today, and I want to make a purchase. After I successfully log in, I can't access my dashboard. Dashboard page loads for a brief second, then re-directs to a blank page at:

Happens in both Chrome and Firefox on Win 7 and Chrome on Mac Sierra.

We have issues with the database lately; luckily we are migrating to a completely different system. We are running as much fast as we can. Good news also from the authorization app side, it will be ready very soon.

Ok...email sign in is no longer supported. It needs a user name now.
So basically, instead of your email address you sign in with the user name
and it fixes the problem, write a ticket to Enrique and it will be solved
in a matter of minutes. All working perfect now.
