Idea

Is someone interested in building a small prototype of a midi strip channel similar to this schertler audio concept?

As short term reward I can provide a custom console built on your needs
Just an idea. Listen to your friends... It is easy to do it today
I've a clever idea in my mind for using it inside your preferred daw... In the long term you could produce an item which generates revenues ;)

Obviously 16 channels should be handled from a single midi cable. Alternatively also an usb connector is great, we can write software

Do you mean a hardware strip MIDI controller, such as a single track of, say, a Mackie Control?

hehe ... thanks for the kind words.

I'm not a 'Programmer' ... but I like to dabble, plus I really needed a single controller for multiple Nebulas.

As to the 'electronics' ... although I do have college Electronics in my Major ... that was many, many moons ago  Since my focus was Audio Engineering, the world of electronics has evolved exponentially.

Still ... I would love to see a complete, hardware controller that encompassed the many software parameters we have [minus the high $$,$$$]. To have both hands on controls, like an EQ Gain and Q, is so natural ... plus, no need to look at screen ... listen and adjust] I really miss that.
