Hello! im considering this plugin, but the price is way too high. consider special offers from time to time. offers before releasing is not pratical, to buy something before testing.

Hello Giancarlo! i missed the pre-order schedule. Anyway, im pretty certain the new releases got major improvements, but the Acustica team should make some youtube videos, or show more technical demos of the acqua vs the modelled hardware. The prices are raising, but the explanation for this new price tag is falling short, imho. The voucher promotion every 3 months (U*******l A***o) is a powerful option to convince customers to buy again too.

Best Regards,

Leon

G has posted a note on pricing schema @ viewtopic.php?f=56&t=28987

Voucher promotion every 3 months is a very good suggestion and this will indeed encourage more sales. Then again, it's up to them to decide.

Was?? Cmon man...I have a few of your stuffs...and you have always been good to me....and have shown some pretty impressive patience time and time again...but when i see a thread like this...after a "major release"....wanting money from people before a product is out...not offering a true blue demo...all the issues youve had here...It looks bad. REAL real bad...I know you are a good man, but these plugins are just too much hassle to use.

I hope you guys get it figured out, but not much seems to be changing and it keeps me from going all in with AA. Good luck.

You need to get this straightened out. I want a refund & Antonello Punturi says the e versions & new gui update was released in Aug4 for Win.

It clearly has not, yesterday or since these problems issues were reported.
It's been one month with only the initial release in my dashboard for Win.

Please inform Antonello that he's mistaken & take care of my refund.

Thank you

We are investigating why rel e is not visible from your accounts
Someone downloaded it, someone not.
When did you open the ticket?

I'm not seeing any update in my account either. Looking for Windows version and only see the original.

I checked and you are right: rel e is not in golden copy! I'm waiting for a reply from francesco, I don't think rel c is the final one, and today he was sure last version was tested and uploaded. Now it is 21.10 here, I think we'll sort it tomorrow.
Betatesters tested it a lot of time ago, though.

On mac osx everything is fine.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll try to put someone else helping on the release matter. It was created by lacking of communication among different people.
