Murano, Spike in Volume when Loading

Postby basaristudios » Thu Jan 07, 2016 10:57 pm

When Loading Murano, the first second it always spikes a lot. Anyone aware of this?
It does the same in Cubase, Studio one and Reaper.
Otherwise everything else is so smooth!

Thanks Enrique, will do so, i don't know actually what to explain,
it happens only with Murano of all Aqua but it happens on 3 different
DAWs that i tested. I don't see it as a problem but its easier if it
does not spike that loud on every opening. Will try to give more info.
Thanks

What version are you running basari ?
Any buffer details ?

In 'beta-test section', we are working with a updated release that does not 'crack' on button switching.

I don't know if it has made it to public release as yet ... but it is being addressed.

Hey RJ, it is x64 version 1.3.938.0 rel C. The problem is not with
button switching, ONLY when first time Loading the plugin, you
can see in the video above.

on 2nd viewing video, I now see/hear that those 'clicking' sounds are not due to MURANO [or NAVY].

REL C may be the latest commercial release. The version I'm testing is not given a Rel# identifier.

I believe I was told that the 'installer' had issues. My testing of Rel-C was very problematic.

As to solution, I would think that is in progress. Obviously, I cannot speak to release dates, but I'm reading of a AUT issue that has become priority. This may be impacting the release of any new updates till resolved.

Meantime ... not sure if you have already, but important to send a 'ticket' to support [even with the forum post] ...

Please note: I beta-test for the PC versions only. Any issue with other formats 'could' delay the release update.

I know this doesn't exactly help with your immediate situation ... be sure you've sent
'ticket' to support, as I'm certain everyone wants this resolved.
