Acustica Audio crash or bug report
version 01.01.2013

There are several reason for a possible crash:
1. Your computer is running out of resources (very common on 32 bits systems)
2. Your CPU or RAM are buggy (use windows task manager to debug)
3. You have a conflict with others plugins or sequencer, so your sequencer is lacking of resources and crash.
4. ASIO driver doesn't allow lacking resources or synchronization and your sequencer crash.
5. No custom personal key or wrong custom personal key.
6. Emulation preset files corrupt.
7. Nebula bug.

Some 3rd party developers released libraries based on 10 kernels at 192 or 96 kHz. There libraries are pushing your resources to the limit. If you experience issues you should be very patient and start testing commercial libraries first in order to understand if everything is working as expected (CPU, GPU, RAM and ASIO drivers load) before loading several Nebula instances into big project.

Steps for report:
A. Enable LOG in Nebula and Acqua Effect:

Add <DL> 6 </DL> in your .XML master files in the Acustica/Acustica64 folder and load the problematic project (as you could see, DL string was inserted before magic number string).

Code: Select all
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<?generated by Nebula2 parser?>
  <DL> 6 </DL>
  <MAGIC> o010 </MAGIC>
  <DATAPATH> c:\nebulatemprepository\ </DATAPATH>
