Because we don't send emails after each update.

why not? That makes no sence... you should always send an e-mail about new products and updates with an issue list.

I've got to agree. It makes more sense to have these to go out automatically and by default and if someone wants to opt out than it should be easy to do so.

I'm very happy customer, without your input into the plugin market and before I started using your products I'd got to the stage where working with audio in computers I was not happy with the sound despite trying many other companies products, they didn't even come close to achieving the results I expected or has been claimed it would achieve.
Your products can't do everything but they certainly made other products I invested in useable again as your plugs have given them a life they didn't have on there own. so you saved my investment in a great many of them. And as for the things your technology excels at.
It's just fantastic that I get to use near enough soundwise, identical emulations of hardware I could just never afford otherwise and not have to spend the loads of cash that I'd have too, just to do what I love doing with a more basic and limited hardware only setup. I get to spend money I wouldsn't have on nicely made instruments instead.
If you know what your doing there's no reason now that you can't create the quality and enjoyability in the sound that was not so long ago only available to only a few top studio's, and acustica have made that possible for me anyway, and it hasn't broken the bank in the process.
I wish I could drum half as well with two hands as one of Terry Bozzio's feet

Actually.. i think it does make sense in their choice and i think it's somewhat deliberate - it's a sort of investment so to put it, however i'm in no position for an accurate answer on this question, just my thoughts as to why.

Awesome pricing on the Navy :)

im pretty sure this is my first must buy after getting Honey , Pearl , and Ivory for me, what i need in a eq now is colour, and i love that Neev 14 console ,
so the Navy should be perfect for me for committing to the neev sound
