Titanium (multiband compressor)

Postby giancarlo » Tue Nov 11, 2014 1:41 pm

Here first previews for this incoming incredible product.
It is a multiband compressor, the first time for a sampled multiband compressor!!!!!! there are really few multiband compressors on the market, both hardware and software. Really really FEW ones are based on hardware modelling. None is based on sampling. It is also the first product based on the new compressor tech, possible using the really fast engine and new envelope followers AND a new tech for modelling the envelope follower shape PROPERLY.

Like in original hardware it is a 3 band multiband.
In the same package, same price you'll get also a 2 band and a single band FOR FREE. Price tag is around 120 eur, there will be a very short presale period with a VERY good price. Price is the usual 3% of the hardware which inspired it.

Last but not least, it looks AMAZING. We are really proud of it.

On the product page of the original hardware there are before and after samples in a flash player (which is a great idea for A/B). The hardware sounds very impressive.

yes envelope follower shapes are rather "particular".
Compared with the original we are implementing proper input and output meters, and a mute button for each band. It makes it really straightforward, while the original is a little nightmare.

We decided to release titanium before black because this particular hardware configuration is not based on autoattack/autorelease, which will be completed in nat around the middle of next week.
