Check both Project pool root node properties:

EBU R 128 normalisation
Adapt input gain

Regarding failed test, you should be more specific. Note, that EBUR128 normalisation is using final Nebulized file as input.

There is also a new "EBU R128 loudness" option in a pool's context menu, for quick loudness analysis.

I've done a test using stereo file.

Step by step (2 pass, harder)...

- add file x.wav into Project Pool
- load a desired nebula program
- check "adapt input gain" of a Project pool root node (uncheck EBUr128 normalisation)
- render
- add rendered x_nr.wav file into Project pool
- remove nebula program
- uncheck x.wav
- uncheck "adapt input gain" of a Project pool root node (check EBUr128 normalisation!!!!)
- render
- add rendered x_nr_nr.wav file into Project pool
- right click/EBUr128 loudness on a file should show -23 LUFS

Step by step (1 pass - easier)...

- add file x.wav into Project Pool
- load a desired nebula program
- check both "adapt input gain" and "EBUr128 normalisation" properties of a Project pool root node
- render
- add rendered x_nr.wav file into Project pool
- right click/EBUr128 loudness on a file should show -23 LUFS

OK. I can render with and with out Nebula! Awesome! My reading seems that is not completely correct could you test with Tone Booster EBU loudness plug-in and EBU test file set. Could be a issue in the gated level that was changed few month ago. RME Digicheck 5.40 beta2 add EBU meters too.

Does the RMS value AES17 = RMS+3 dB?

I've successfully done tests with test file set.I am getting results as expected, at least I was few weeks ago...

Remeber, There is 0.1 LUFS tolerance allowed by standard specification.

Rounding up values will make results more like Tone Booster EBU loudness (for example -25.95 = 26.0)

Anyway, I'll check it again :)

Thanks!

EBU R128 true peak values are currently incorrect.
This will be fixed in the next release (dev 3).

Hi Zabukowski,

I'm starting to use NM now that I have a license.

Have a new request ... hope this is the right place to submit!

REAPER is a new DAW for me, as I've been looking for
a replacement for WaveLAB.

Reaper has some very nice functions that are helping
me to streamline/consolidate my work.

One of the features is the 'WavePAK' compressed file format that can be used as a raw track.

Might you consider adding support for the WavePAK [.wv]
format into NebulaMan ?

Thanks! look forward to the next release!

Sincerely.

I've put this on a 'feature request' list :)
