I was able to do a fast check on the new NebMan ...

I did have an issue ...

Installed over the previous version .. when I tried to play a WAV file ... lots of audio stuttering ... almost as if the sample clocks couldn't lock. I didn't even have a NEB instance in place.

I'm using the latest 'server' version [32 bit] on a WinXP Pro, SP2 ... Quad-core.

Now ... I've not used the previous RenderMan in quite some time. [probably since my old NEB-Pro3].

Is there something I overlooked ?

Thanks

Check Audio buffer size (Settings dock) - set it to the same value as soundcard's latency.

1. Try both 1.1 and 1.1.001 versions. There are slight changes of playback engine with the later. I don't believe this is the reason, though.

2. Create a log file.
First, go to the "Settings" dock and set Log level to the "Debug (troubleshooting mode)". Open files, play them etc. Open Messages dock. Right-click and save messages to a file. Send it to zabukowski ape gmail dot com

Thanks!

I've succeeded to build 64 bit Windows version of NebulaMan (thx Gian for 64 bit Acqua). Hopefully it will be soon available for testing.

I think next NebulaMan version will support FLAC files. This is something I've wished for a long time :)

What do you think ?

+ 1.000.000 FLAC is the customer and backup standard audio file for EBU!

I'll send you a next set of request this week.

Thank you!

Is NebulaMan capable of rendering Logic Freeze Files? I belive the are 32Bit Wavs.

Let's say, i want to render all my freezed Logic tracks with NebulaMan using different Nebula chains for every track, is there a easy and quick way within NebulaMan to kinda save those chains and jump back quickly to one of those chains in case i want to re-render one of the tracks?
