Yes, you need a license. It is available in Acustica webshop. Program is now running in demo mode.

Regarding your problem, i will try improve latency/sample rate changes handling and i will build special test version of NebulaMan for you to test it - if it is ok with you, please contact me at

I've found out, that automatic latency changes are normal due to sample rate change - soundcard driver takes care of that.

So, I will try to eliminate NebulaMan's audio buffer size parameter and use soundcard's latency value instead. This will hopefully prevent anomalies due to incorrect latency/buffer size values.
