My experience with AcquaVox

Postby vicnestE » Tue Mar 30, 2010 8:56 am

It's really great for vocal track, quickly help the vocal stand out.

The CPU usage is way too high, I ran one instance in 96KHz 64bit, the CPU jumped from 05% to 50%. (Old machine it is but I ran other nebula programs just fine)
And the latency crackle is quite disturbing.

The interface is great looking but the knobs would be much easier to use if they are cirular instead of linear. It's very hard to fine-tune in/out level.
And the meter could be better as a standalone plugin.
While I use nebula standard, I just igonre the level led and watch the values on "PROG" page.

It would be great if AcquaVox could be availabe as program/vector format for regular nebula3.

Thank you for this great vocal preamp.

By the way, numeric input would be great too.
