So why are you guys sampling your ADDA?

Postby voidar » Fri Sep 30, 2011 10:12 pm

From my reading I see it is possible to stack progams. Is it possible to do an inversion with the ADDA program to "remove" that spesific coloring part of the chain?

? Are you suggesting something like a 'phase [inverted] reversed' harmonic signature ? ... that would 'basically' SUBTRACT the harmonics from an imput signal ???

Well, in theory, yes, but I don't think there is much harmonics generated form a ADDA in normal conditions.

The phase response might be more interesting to remove.

As far as I know you can get a flatter responce but as for coloration I don't think its possible or it will sound bad even if possible.
