UPGRADE TO CUSTOMER STATUS ETA???

I bought Nebula 3 Server Bundle 5 days ago and STILL am waiting for my account to be upgraded to customer so i can actually download the software.

Multiple emails have been sent to info@acusticaaudio.com with my paypal transfer number, email address used, site email address used, etc.

Please - let me use the software i paid for or give me a refund, this is ridiculous.

Are you implying waiting over 100 hours to get my account activated to use the product i have paid for is reasonable, or rather - to be expected?

I've never before encountered such a disregard for customer service from any other company.

Understand, but also i understand, that Nebula it's a small crew, and we all peoples, who have different circumstances. I'm sure, if u didn't recieve your license, that's not because they don't want to do job. They all respect their customers and very apreciate them) Just be patient) They won't give you up)
