Hi Giancarlo,
I copy / paste the message i've sent to support :
Hi Giancarlo,
i'm working with Julien in a collaborative way. He bought your incredible tool in the pro version to get 2 licences.
I've uploaded the .SER file generated on my machine.
But I still see no authorization file in the user area (in fact, it's the same for Julien's machine).

Is this normal ? Did we miss something ?
