@scooter Thanks for your post. I think the same about this situation!

@aitb:

1. About proper ways of support: I wrote you an email in September 2013 - no response, no nothing ...

2. 31 Jul 2013 you wrote: ' .. we will start upgrading all libraries for Mac 64Bit compatibility. Starting next week.'

now it is Jan 2014 (6 months later) and *nothing* happened ...

3. you don't have to do *anything*, but if you want to sell something you better make your customers happy ...

Hello,

if you've followed AITB in that time, you should now,
that Niklas has stopped AITB since August 2013, that's what also occured the stop of the support. I'm sorry for the lack of support which occured by all this.
At the end of November it was re-opened by me, taking all clients, all products etc. and now, after the break-in time of changing, we are ready to
make the promises be reality soon.

EAR or MAMMOTH will be the first, other will follow.
First release is planned for this month - already working on it.

Hope this clears some things.

ciao

Beta is here. I was yesterday testing OSX 10.9.2 with N3F and N3S. I find some issues. No time to copy AITB libraries for test. Acustica Audio OSX tester are working with AITB anyway. I'll test ASAP.
Best regards,
Enrique Silveti.

Are the rest of the AITB libraries now working? I can't get the latest Nebula 7.3.4 to generate a file to authorize, for Ape eQ. Anyone want to chime in? Thanks

I did everything the same way I think, but my Analog In The Box stuff still doesn't work with the 64-bit Nebula. Am I doing something wrong?

I created the .ser files with the 32-bit Nebula, authorized everything and still they only work on the 32-bit Nebula. I'm on OS X Mountain Lion, using 64-bit Cubase 7.5 and Nebula3 Server.

I made a thread about mammoth being unusable in 64 bit. i purchased it about a week ago because i saw that a lot of users say it is awesome. when it was simply not authorising, i checked the site again, and there in the system requirements section, it says 32 bit in mac. wow. i missed that because of all the reviews from the site, and not ever thinking that a library could be limited to just 32 bit (who'd have thought). i think they should post that notice in BOLD LETTERS. IN RED EVEN. now i'm bummed to find out that this problem has been in existence since last year.

i understand the position of the devs when it comes to copy protection, really. the quick fix suggested in this thread for all existing customers just won't do because all their efforts in creating a proper copy protection will go to waste if the pre-protected libraries are leaked in the open seas. but the 32 bit mac warning in their site should be MORE VISIBLE, LIKE SO. EVEN EXPLAINING WHY IT DOESN'T WORK ON 64 BIT MAC DAW'S SINCE LAST YEAR, JUST TO BE CLEAR.

for existing owners of AITB libraries that no longer work on 64 bit DAW's, i feel your pain. i think AITB should concentrate on fixing this copy protection issue more than releasing new libraries at the moment, just to be fair to their existing customers.
