wrong delay compensation in reaper 4.30 x64 on osx 10.7.4

hello,
i try to mix a song in reaper with nebula but when i put a nebula instance on a track it delay the track.
i set the buffer in nebula to 1024 and reaper say 3072 spls.
anyone can help please?

Nebula will add some samples more than DSPBuffer. Please go to DISK page > Latency and check if the information there is correct, if not. Make a complete report of your setup and send to us (support, Enrique Silveti) and we will contact Reaper support for fix it.

i found the mistake.
it 's when i check "allow feedback in routing".
so it's reaper that make trouble!
