Library problems with new Neb3Pro 64

Postby erasetechno » Sun Oct 02, 2011 7:04 pm

Hello,
Have been a happy Neb3Pro 32 user for some time on an XP 32 system. Host Daw is Reaper 32 3.76

Just finished a complete upgrade to Win 7 64. Computer is the same as before except new hard drive for the install. Host Daw is now Reaper 64 4.02

Although Neb3Pro 64 loads up fine in Reaper, as soon as I try and load either of the two installed libraries (Mammoth and Fate) Reaper instantly crashes.

I uninstalled both libraries and tried one of the Pre amp collections from Acustica. Although the install went fine, nothing shows in the Nebula menu at all now except "init".

When I originally went to my user area to grab Nebula again for this new install I simply chose the 64 bit option as it was there, even though I had previously registered the 32 bit version (which is on the old hard drive.) Once installed Nebula already shows as registered though, even on the new 64 install, could this be an issue?

I uploaded the ser file that was on the new install a few days back but my user area informs me I have no licesnes.

Thank you for any help, Chris.

Thank you Enrique :)

Yes I have numbers after "disk" > "registration" so it is unregistered, I just assumed the numbers we're a good sign it was registered :)

Yes I uploaded the key just before the weekend so hopefully once I get it registered my problems should go away.

I installed the new license key and although I can now load the Acustica libraries, it is still crashing using Mammoth and Fate :(

I cleanly installed them again after installing the license key btw.

Help! Chris.

Did you redownload AITB libraries from the new website? They apply AUT anti copy system. Contact Niklas/Mirco at support@analoginthebox.com

Once again thanks Enrique, I don't remember having to authorise them before but I have contacted AITB as indeed you are right, they are not authorised.

My problem seems to be that instead of creating a challenge file when I load one of the presets, reaper just crashes and no .ser file is created in the temprepository which the manual states should be the case.

Chris.
