Well.. i think you kind of auto-replied here...

first of all, this isn't a user error. installing any version above 492 makes NAT crash instantly, reverting to 492 cure the issue. everything is working normal then.

unless you changed the reqirements to run NAT from 492 to above, this is not something i can do anything about.

i did try to do a search for EAccessViolation, but your webpage rejected my search saying there were to meny charecters in the the word

also, the link descriping the way to make a bug or crash report, only talks about nebula and not NAT. So i dont know how to make the LOG file that the link file refers to.

offcause i would like to give you more information, i just dont know what you want, given the autoreply signature of your reply.

but here is something you might want:

CPU: core i5
Ram: 4gb
lynx l22 buffersize: 1024

liceCap of the error:

hope this helps...

ok, tried installing nat on my labtop (core i5 (not sandy bridge), 2gb ram, windows 7 x64). exact same issue

first installed 1.3.492; NAT ran fine. then upgraded to 1.3.495, then had the exact same error (with different memory address) as seen in the above liceCap.

Just to rule one thing out...

Windows XP x86
Nebula Server/Pro 1.3.495
NAT 3 1.3.492B

is not doing it. I will push this machine up to the experimental version to try it (it's my test environment) but I'm waiting on my production environment until it's all certified (that's my Win7x64 system).

Okay you can also rule out the same system on .499g (NAT 3 1.3.499eB).

Windows 7 x64 / MOTU 828 mk. III ASIO drivers
Nebula 3 Pro/Server 1.3.495
Nat 3 1.3.492B

is not having that error. I swear I've seen it before but it was a while ago; I don't recall what precipitated it or how I fixed it; actually maybe I didn't, I was using NAT at work because I was getting the error on my production machine. If I can get to it soon, I'll try to fire up my previous machine (that was the one that had the error) but it's packed tightly in storage at the moment as I am moving.

Looks like a RAM issue which I have when I push Samplitude beyond the 2+ GB limit. Same error message.

Are you opening NAT without run server before? Show us NAT > Preferences page.
