TIMED Kernal mode Odd and Even Kernals Together Go Wrong

Postby david1103 » Wed Jun 06, 2012 7:01 pm

If you select clean kernal to TIMED = OK
If you select Odd OR Even to TIMED = OK
If you select both Odd AND Even to timed = all sorts of weird aliasing (?) happens.

See YR's 4th post on page for a visual example:

hope this can get a quick fix as TIMED sounds much better. Optimising TIMED mode would be nice too :D

i am a bit confused! sorry if my post was unclear.

are you saying that FREQ mode can happily play a clean kernal with odd and even harmonics, but TIMED is 'supposed' to play clean with EITHER odd OR even harmonics only?! surely that would be crazy, why would we not want to play all kernals in TIMED?
