Hey Henry! I bought seven of your Nebula programs earlier! However, your store has appeared to have gone bonkers, and I'm unable to download the last two. I'm also seeing SQL errors all over the place.
About to try out your stuff! Wish me luck! It's my first time using Nebula!
Doing some maintenance guys - you would think that at Midnight GMT no-one would want to buy but I suppose it's daytime somewhere in the world. The Woocommerce 2.1 update just messed up a few websites around the world simultaneously. Sorry about that - will be back online as soon as I trace the plugins that don't want to co-operate. - probably tomorrow wometime - bedtime for me.
Nothing new yet guys - sorry - the update for the name your price needed an update that caused headaches. Everything else was placed on hold till I could fix it. We are back up and running now but there may be a few bugs still - like download links not being sent - if that is the case - just drop me an e-mail.
Also Worldpay payments are offline so only Paypal for now. The odd piece of rogue code errors may appear here and there as well - I don't suspect they will break anything so just proceed as normal. Henry
Henry you really really (really) should create product categories in your website and then categorize both existing and new product. Is really a pain to navigate that way. You could create "Pre", "Amps", "Mics", "Mojo", "EQ", "Whatever" And if needed where you have multiple products of the same collection (the channel strips, Air, Tape Sim, and so on...) you can create sub-categories or put those as main categories is up to you but please, make the site usable... the more programs you add the more it gets messy.
Another little suggestion for usability is to move the text that you copy-paste in each preset page somewhere and let the preset specific text (even if is just some rows of text) be more (much more) evident. Like copy the standard text in a separate page of the site, a sort of FAQ, this would be the best solution. If you want to keep it with each preset, don't mix it in the middle of the peculiar preset's texts
