How long it will stand?
Right now I don't have any money on my card which is connected to my PayPal accound (the other one it won't take..) so I would only drop some cash on it in next couple of weeks... Hopefully I'd still have a chance for a discount.

Is the free sample library still available? Every time I try to download it, I get an "internal server error" screen. Would love to check this library out before purchasing.

Hi there,

all downloading worked now with the smaller parts. Thank you very much for this.

I am using this in new projects now and will come back then with detailled feedback. Thank you for your fantastic work!

Best regards
Hannes

A little heads up, just saying that this is really fantastic. For my orchestral recordings I use now the clean programs as the default in my setup: the Schoeps, the Decca Tree and the N*****n. This is Nebula at it's best!

Great stuff indeed. I love the mono program on drums!

I found some of the programs are not mono compatible, especially the oktava ones. They mess up the stereo phase badly on certain spots.

Hi Highvoltage,

When you say it's not mono compatible .. you mean when you reduced the output of the Theater of life to mono ?

If that's the point, it's true sice A/B and ORTF (like OKtMODFat and OktModOmnis) systems are not good for mono compatibility.
It's logical since the microphones are not in the same spot, the phase can't be the same for the both.

If you want mono compatibility you should use a coincident microphone pair (XY, M/S), please report to the library index to find proper TOL programs.

You can find infos on Stereo Microphones Pair miking here :
http://www.deltamedia.com/resource/ster ... iques.html

----

It made me think about one thing we forgot to say :

The Theater of Life is for mono material ! It's a mono to stereo processing effect.

If you have stereo sources, you should use two instances and do the proper routing.

We'll add this important info to the manual.

Thanks for report !

Thanks a lot for all the kind words in this thread.
