I have the manual in my archive, but not here, and now searching for internet I have found one that reports 10us. I remember 10ms on my manual, and my ears tell me the same, but I can be wrong... 8-)
Mix with the ears, not with the eyes...

Yea it's 10ms, the microsecond was a mistake in the manual

listening to the waves emu, it is slower than 10ms but also much longer than 10microseconds.

I would guess around 1-3 ms. But attack time varies in relation to gain reduction

I don't like any waves plugin, UAD sounds better for me. LA3A has 3ms attack time.
Mix with the ears, not with the eyes...

So, LA2A must be the same, they use T4 both.

Not necessarily, you can change the timing with the same opto-cell and different circuitry.
Mix with the ears, not with the eyes...

I hope in March, in the next weeks I'll release the Pooltek and then the compressors :)
