As with the hardware, this one is just a different flavor. The best way I can describe it though is that this sounds sweeter to me. I can boost this much more and it sounds silky. Try the demo.

Everybody, please stop saying this is the best sounding Pultec yet. Beause I'll have to buy it!

Nebula user: Own's 20-30 something analogue style Eq's and is in financial constrains.
Analogue Outboard user owns 2-3 analogue units and is in financial constrains.
Hard times....

Just try the demo Mr Clarkson ;)
I find it to be a little more 3D and less obvious/intrusive sounding.. You can boost more and have the track still sound pretty natural..

Well said H-Man. And coming from a fine dev of other mighty fine libraries, that is an awesome testement to how cool this library is. (Sorry Michael Homa, but it really does sound that good. Don't you have a kid or wife that you can sell so you can buy this one....? )

I'll be honest, I almost never look at the graphs after hearing something and liking it. But i have noticed how great this is sounding on everything I have tried it on so far (including bass). I don't work with alot of sub-heavy material, like hip-hop, so maybe someone who does will chime in. Regardless, it is amazing sounding and worth having in the tool belt.

This is incredibly smooth...I'm not even sure how I would describe it... I've never been near the real hardware but with this offering I can see that this eq lives up to the hype! GREAT JOB Michael!
