Plec: horrible n00b question here, but how exactly are you saving presets in Cubase 5? Do you mean you're saving the project template or... is there a plugin preset feature that I've never used?

Probably saving as a "Plug-in Chain"

i love all the nebula eqs as well.
but the most impressive one to me is still the mammoth-eq with its expansion from aitb. it works best when you have a kind of squashed sound and would like to reduce the density or loudness in certain frequencies. it acts kind of a frequency dependant expander. its so impressiv, you simply cant immagin that an eq can sound like this bevore you heared it yourselfe.

another one which should be mentioned here is the vintage master eq from alexb. i use its hi-shelve to get a crisp presence. boost 0.5db is enough!

Nothing advanced, just the usual save the current state of the plugin as a preset. At the top of every plugin window. I find it's just perfect for working with Nebula since you can create folders within the preset manager for the specific plugin so it's very easy and efficient to save and recall presets.

Smart move - nothing`s better for Hårdrock!
1-2 db 5khz for guitars
1 db 30hz and 15khz for masterbuss and cut a little db at 240hz 8-)

A hidden gem is MWeQ IMO. Great sounding & extremely flexible, which combination is a big exception among 3rd party Nebula libraries.
