Mac Nebula is not up to the latest PC version? Does this mean this library wont work correctly on Mac?

Man I only just updated my Nebula version to the latest a couple of hours ago and I've had this comp for a few days.
It's been sounding mighty fine when I've been using it.
It's not a fast compressor so it won't make that much of a difference.

Get it and you won't regret it!

man all of these compressors sound fantastic... I just won't accept the common excuse that "nebula isn't good at compressors" anymore. It took me all of 2 minutes to load up nebula compressors (including these fantastic new libraries, S2N and AITB as well) and DESTROY any of my best and most expensive software plugin compressors. Even the mighty 1176 was no contest on the nebula versions as long as you know what sound you are going for (fast, med, slow release etc)...

The convenience Nebula provides against having to patch in my hardware units is unbeatable. However, before owning any hardware comps, I admit it would be very hard to tell what was happening to my sound as Nebula is like using hardware gear with a blindfold on... the undisputable fact is that you absolutely can nail the sound; but only if you know what to listen for.

I've fooled so many grammy-winning producers/engineers with my nebula mixes into thinking I mixed it in a real room it's not even a game anymor. Nebula, in a way upsets the natural balance of things. Project studio mixes can actually sound like big mixes at "real studios" now.

"Expensive" sounds are no longer "expensive" monetarily... however, the knowledge (of the gear and how to use it) becomes a rarer commodity at this point now that equipment cost is starting to lose it's cost.

All that to say, MEGA KUDOS to the fantastic development teams that have given the gift of Nebula to the world of audio engineering!

So do I. I can't wait for A*I comp. Waves's too much expensive.
(Maybe it's a little more user friendly, so... I'll see...)
For now I'm happy with American Gain stage of STN. That's a Good job.

Good job on this one Alex. This is certainly one of the most successful (And indeed useful) sampled compressors.

Thumbs up.

Put it on a mastering bus of a classic/OST song, and it sounds great. Render it with kernels switched to timed is amazing.
