yes, long releases on vocals, have not tested enough on busses.

Would love to see a Nebula compressor edition with GR meter in the future! Too much to hope for??

REDUCTION on the PROG page, there is no other way. sure it would be nice to have a better interface!

Hi there, just a quick slightly off topic question regaring the sample rates. Every time I load a couple of nebulas on my tracks, and I press play on the transport bar, I always have this annoying 1sec orso delay before the song actually starts playing. Is that due to the conversion of the sample rates from 44 to the 48 I work at? And it's no use muting the nebula instances, I really need to delete them to get rid of the latency. Any comments? If I can fix this, then I'll probably get the comp, but I'm worried about latency issues.

from the manual:

"This program is less intended to emulate the 2254’s original compression behaviour, but to provide you a stunningly smooth and beautiful sounding tone shaper.

It sounds best if you use the input control of Nebula to dial a very small amount of compression. Going deeper into compression could sound interesting, but will be far from the hardware."

yeah, you won't have the latency but you'll probably run out of cpu quicker.

You can also create an extra instance of Nebula by making a copy of the Nebula Reverb dll & the xml in your plugins folder & renaming them...then in the xml of the renamed one you can lower the dsp buffer to something higher than Neb but lower than Neb reverb.
2048 is a big improvement but 1024 is great if you want to chain Nebs when the latency of each adds up.

Default Neb DSP is 128, Reverb is 8192

the cnv rate only affects the time it takes Nebula to open the program.
