I'd like to have a built in sc filter in Nebula for compressors...

Also i found the program compresses much more than the suggested reduction in nebula. I think we should take that display with a grain of salt. At around 2dB of reduction it acts like other compressor at -5dB.
Or the original unit is like that i wouldn't know.

I bought this and it works very well on overdriven guitar. It thickens the sound considerably and gives a real 'thwack' to the attack.

Out of interest, I see this library is intended for use with Nebula 3 Pro and that 'the timings' would be wrong otherwise. What is meant by this ? I haven't upgraded to Pro 3 (yet) and was wondering if the demo could be released to work with Nebula 3 free, to hear it working with the core II engine ?

cheers

yes, you need CoreII because those presets are based on raw vectors and raw funs, inplemented only in CoreII

I read this entire post but i can't figure out. can you load the compressor in a 96k session and have it work properly. i can't work at 44.1. preset would still be at 44.1 but nebula would SRC when loading preset to 96k. this is the way every other 44.1 preset works for me, but i read that people were saying there was issues with 96k but were unclear how they were using it at 96k
thanks,
Darrell

How long does it generally take to sample a piece of hardware? I've got pretty decent converters and a mate of mine has some comps... Is it easy/hard? Does it depend on the computer power etc?

Gain staging and calibration is probably a bigger task than using Nat 3.
I taught myself to use Nat in a little more than a day. It's very much trial and error.

Official information is sparse, but there is qualified advice on:

This thread on Kvraudio with Aeternus who did the early cabs:

Have at it!

Is there a possibility to reduce the make-up gain slider's range on the edit page?
I find myself never going more than 3-4 dB, and its really hard to set the gain with this kind of resolution. (even with shift)
