Wow. I'm very curious to hear this. What console is this based on? (I know AlexB won't say but maybe someone else knows?)

N**e 1081?! Ain't that obvious?
But I think AlexB might modify or assemble this one by himself based on "custom built hand made by AlexB"in the manul.

The EQ sounds good and the curve is quite unique.

HAHA. Nice one ngarjuna. I know the feeling.

VicnestE, thanks for the info. I guess it's pretty obvious to most readers, but to me it wasn't.

So much different N**e series, but the current project I'm working on can't be shared.

Unlike 1073 series(73EQ and FateEQ), this one with adjustable high frequency boost(peak/shelf) is quite useful.
And it's a EQ with charcter, behaves not as expected as CDSoundMaster's N84 EQ.
Charcter EQ is quite useful since you can't load unlimited EQ bands under current computation power.
It's cool to get the job done with one EQ program.
(for example I want to boost the 200Hz for a vocal track, and it turn out great with some mid/high frequency boost about 1dB in 500Hz~2KHz, the vocal track becomes more imtimate with one EQ program)

Be sure to check the upcoming FateCompressor by AITB. :)
We are in N**e heaven with so many to choose from while most other companies just provide "analog" "standard EQs" that all sounds similar.

That's what I meant with 'live on its own' in another thread :)

This EQ is just about character and smoothness. Things change by just adding it to your tracks (more than with any other EQ I've tried so far, I guess). Just try adding a LCF to your vocals at 82Hz.... they just jump at you, instant in-your-face, clear/defined sound :D

Cheers
