I've just finished recording a pretty big project involving 6 old (~50's) tube radios. This was a pretty massive/in depth project. So, now I have a nice chunk of programs, which I plan on splitting into a few sets and selling at maybe around 10$ a set. Further details will be made available later, I don't have the site set up yet. Right now I need some clips to demonstrate what these programs can do. I've made music as a hobby for a while, so I think I have the synth/programmed drums front covered, but it would be cool to have some guitars/drums/vocals/whatever to show these off. Anyone want to 'donate' a clip? Anything will be considered, and anything I actually use will grant a discount to the creator.
1)under a minute would be best 2)dynamic material (pitch and amplitude) would be good 3)uncompressed file formats would be swell 4)as little reverb on material as possible preferred
I've posted this request in a few other forums so hopefully I get some interest...
Very cool, i'm definitely looking for stuff on the more vintage side (50's & 40's) for nebula. I'll see if I have a clip from my band that they'd be okay with me using for a test. Can't wait to see & hear what these sound like!
ok guys, i'm gonna try this again, see if there are any takers. btw, i am 'MisterE' from earlier in this thread. Anyway, next set of tube radio programs is almost done, and this one was done with mics on the speakers. I'd like to use a couple guitar clips to demo this. In order of preference: 1) electric, driven guitar, but without mic'd cab 2) cleaner electric 3) acoustic 4) anything else
I'll consider using anything, but won't necessarily use everything anyone sends me. Stolle helped with this last time, and I hooked him up with a free set of programs. Same deal this time.
