Trying to contact VNXT SOUND

Postby pinnocio » Sun Jan 15, 2012 5:14 pm

So I've been searching for Nextaz's email address, wanting to ask how much does he need (donation) so we can have more amazing Reverbs (the EMT is just fu#$%ing amazing).

Can anyone give me his email address or a way to get in touch with him.

Thanks
Yoav

Enrique.
He ask for the email address...
I'm not sure is very ethic to put Nextaz government name on a PUBLIC forum.

If he was robbing customers or anything OK but for what I know he's not.

It's the second time that's happened here.Think about it ...

Hello elam. Sometimes immoral and illegal are not the same plus law can change from America to UE plus in different countries inside EU. 3rd developers sign an agree, that legal contract warns about we can share theirs real name and contact email if someone request us for support or sales.

In EU every website must have an administrator with a real full name and contact address (real address not an email) if not can be blocked. You can see Acustica Audio information in Company / Legal Notice.

In addition in some countries like Germany or UK you must show your VAT number, telephone number and FAX number.

We WILL NOT share real names or other information of our customers NEVER.

There is a big issue about this topic in Spain right now. First there a lot of hosting service outside Spain like my Gmail email account! A lot of people ask about those companies to have server in the country and comply with local laws. Second here we have terrorism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ETA) and everything is controlled in the background. Third a new digital copyright law called "ley sinde" (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ley_de_Eco ... Sostenible)

First of all, thanks! I forgot about that "3rd party developers" under the support tab..

And secondly - WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!?! Putting a dude's real name on the internet is immoral? wrong??! Is this really an issue to discuss?! seriously, it's a NAME! This whole web-cyberspace-privacy-bull@#$% is just absurd.. Though it is amusing to watch 8-)

(I actually thought is name was Nextaz btw ;))

Guys - can we cool it?

Nobody is trying to do anything to anyone in this thread. The world wont end here.

There was a question of privacy, and perhaps, yes, printing people's names and other details can have ethical and legal issues. However, if you run a business these days there are legal expectations in the EU, as outlined by Enrique (and more!).

Truly, I don't see how putting a person in contact with the person(s) they bought a Nebula Library from could really be a serious problem. Particularly given said contact details are publicly available anyway. And if you are a customer, you should have a proper, valid, transactional receipt from Paypal with payer details anyway.

Can we please leave it at this? If you want to discuss EU law etc, you can open a thread in off topic.

Incidentally, I'm sure Nextaz would love to have feedback about his products, rather than a thread about what his name is.

Thanks.
Owen ;)
