I have not had problems with my email account...ever. I have provided them with my personal service provider account (not free-hotmail-gmail-etc.). It is the same email that is linked to the PAYPAL payment I sent, and the same email address I submitted on their web help form...twice...

Please...this is not, I repeat not an email problem.

Owen has offered to try on my behalf to contact AITB...and as a 3rd party provider I would guess they peruse these forums occasionally...so I'm hoping one of these avenues will bear fruit.

Cheers,

I believe Niklas is gigging a lot. I spent months trying to contact them about the Mammoth eq with little luck. I am a beta tester as well and have an account which makes things a lot easier now.

I feel your pain but be assured that they will get back to you. They are honest Nebula developers but it can be hit and miss if they are busy.

Try post on their facebook wall perhaps - they seem to spend some time putting stuff up there - of course be nice he he he :D

Hi arrangeit,

"Owen" has sent a message off to Niklas. Though give it a day or so from the time of this posting please, I don't live in the same timezone as he does.

Indeed, but if we're talking about a "business" here, they have incredibly low prices for top notch products, so I would be more forgiving and grateful even if I'll have to wait a week after spending the ridiculous 10 euros expense for a 3500$ eq library.

Just wanted to say that I bought a couple of their libs this week and received my authorizations in a matter of hours.
Must add, they sound fantastic!

Thanks analoginthebox
