Hi Tunca,

you can also use our support mail - I think we have used that in the past as well.

To get something more out of your post:

Which library isn't working? Which downloaded version ? We have x64 Versions for nearly all products available. Will need manual authorization.

Ciao
Mirco

EDIT: I see your mail now! sorry.

Here's an AITB question ...

quite awhile back, I purchased Phonocamptica reverb.

I've since built a new 64-bit computer, and yet to install phonocamptica.

I don't remember having to authorize any of my AITB, but I understand things have changed since.

So the question ... do I need to get 64- bit versions ?? which also likely needs authorization?

thanks

Before we tangent off ...

I'm not clear about libraries being 32 or 64 bit.

My guess ... it is NOT an issue [the sample libraries themselves]. The only thing MIGHT be the installer or the protection.

anyway ... waiting for official word.

thx

RJ is right it is about authorization BUT this means we will need to work from the plain files up and add the NEW authorisation sheme (x64 MAC) to it as well, as it was changed by Acustica Audio in the Nebula Engine, it means we need to test it also under new conditions - it is not a "one-click-pony" and there are about 100 programs to check on diff. systems. It is on the TO DO List and I will work on it after we have put something - we are announcing on our website already - into the pipelines: www.analoginthebox.com

Thanks for your patience.

Hi ,

I don't get it , i got Phonocamtica + more in Neb version , so , What does it has to do with x86 or x64 ? if you're in x64 Nebula ... is there an "aqua" version of these libs ?

EDIT ; Sorry , it's a Mac stuff ! :?
