AlexB: Fa-Tzu (new version of the older FTS)

Postby AlexB » Wed Jun 01, 2016 7:25 pm

the Fa-Tzu library released !!!

Make it FAT !
It's a modern digitally controlled analog device that offers many of the "musical non-linearities" exhibited by the older tube, class A discrete, and magnetic tape mediums. The unit has several compressor "types" with fixed attacks and releases. The unis has been enhanced for better sound characteristics and sampled at both frequency rate 44.1kHz and 96kHz.

. High Quality programs with full dynamics and harmonic content
. Special light edition "le" programs (CPU friendly)
. Real "Saturation" and "Warmth" controls
. Tape saturator and four compressors with new ELEVEN preset
. Presets with and without Transformer
. AHEAD extended
. Internal sidechain High Pass filter
. Drive control allows to set the sound from clean to fat
. Special AlexB skin
. No C.P. !

Fa-Tzu replaces the old FTS library and it can be upgraded by sending and email request. Upgrade costs 8,00EUR.

Please, check the website and download the user manual and try the Demo, it has the same audio quality and performance of the commercial releases but with some restrictions.

Thank you, all the best ! 8-)

Alex, out of curiosity, what parts of the circuit did you modify? Power supply? Capacitor replacements?

I'll try the demo asap.
