Recently i bought the PCS package from Alex. I can not say its great or its bad, have not fully tested it yet, i don't mean just run a sound thru it but i usually test things on a whole song on a lot of tracks, as it supposed to be. In the PCS most of the Models would not show anything at all on an Analyzer. It will start to show some Harmonics and stuff if you hit it hard, i mean as hard as -3vu which is a LOT of gain, way overboard. But as far as standard gain staging goes -18 or 020...there is nothing. Anyone any tips or Tricks?

I would expect you to be able to hear a difference on different Pre amps, without the necessity to hit them really hard to hear a difference.
I really like PCS and MTP.
Try the E*I road (a good pre on drums), you should hear instantly a difference (preview mid/ side) as i find it often widens the sound (you may or may not want that)
Also the the Fchild pre, the frequency response is very pronounced in the mid range, you can hear it immediately.
Have a look at the manual... as it details the harmonic levels and frequency response for each of the pre amps. you'll see some have really low levels of distortion with the first set of harmonics as low as -80Db from the fundamental (and lower) whilst some pre-amps have really high levels of harmonic distortion up to -40Db.
There is a post you can search for which identifies the pre-amp names to the sampled hardware that someone has done if you like to know that sort of thing.
