It's long but it's great ! Just a small wet signal and it's beautiful for acoustic intruments ;)

Congrats!

The kernel length trick works well. I think this sounds wonderful!

I'd really be interested in some more acoustic spaces like this / room... and also: actual tile room / acoustic chamber.. (!)... if you ever get the chance! :-) Nebula-izing actual acoustic spaces seems a fairly unexplored terrority til the appearance of Tea Room..

"Theater of life" aka ToL was actually one of the first, years ago.
It was a tremendous undertaking and is still available, now even free.
search the forum ...
system 1: windows 8 32 bit - samplitude prox, tracktion6, reaper
system 2: mac osx yosemite - reaper(32+64bit), tracktion6(32+64bit)

both systems on: macbook pro (late 2009), core 2 duo 3,06 ghz, 4 gb ram, graphic: nvidia geforce 9600M GT 512 MB

Thanks for the tip (!).. TOL seems very interesting indeed! I missed this one as a Nebula newcomer.. downloading now (with thanks) on your mediafire link which is still active (!) (edit: just wow .. at all the mic array options eg: Decca Tree, ORTF, M/S, X/Y etc...!)..

I also just bought the Tim P library

with all the mic positions sampled in TOL, it is also possible to play with "true stereo" (for stereo sources, left ch. feeds one instance, right channel feeds the other), when two instances with the same program are used and you set the angle knob left and right as desired for your stereofield. this way you get real depth and width.

i still have to try tims "tea room" ... so much things, so little time ... :)

Finally had a chance to explore this one & it sounds superb..(!) Incredible realism.. a very nice reverb indeed, with all the detail & character only obtainable in a physical space.. it kind of sounds like an 'ultra-chamber' :-) .. thanks Tim!

Thanks again for the tip on Theatre of Life.. Been mixing a track with a brass section that sounded like it was miked 1mm from the individual bells - the thin icepick in the ear result was really bugging me.. Using TOL delivered a spookily believable sense of the brass recorded in a warm, natural room... Nice
