AITB W735EQ problems

Postby bottom1 » Mon Nov 07, 2011 6:53 pm

I recently purchased the W735 EQ... When using it with Cubase 6, I am unable to adjust the Freq and Gain... As soon as I attempt to adjust it automatically resets. I tried to contact you guys via your site but I got the dread 403 Forbidden error...

Please advise,

hi there,

please start cubase 6 in admin-mode.
than the W735EQ will generate a .ser-file called
W735EQ.ser, you can find it in your installationpath,
or through the searchfunction in windows itself.

after that you need to authorize the W735EQ.ser file,
by uploading it to our server. we have a challenge/response protection for the W735EQ.

You will get an authorization-file after a succesful
upload called W735EQ.aut. You will need to install it
with our authorization-installer, you will find that on the same page under "my account" on analoginthebox.com. or you download the W735EQ.aut file and place it in the same folder like the W735EQ.dll, W735EQ.xml and W735EQ.ser.

hope that helps.
