I'm not able to run EAR with Nebula Server, but with Nebula Pro only.
My library are on an Extarnal HD thanks to the AlternativeDatapath command.

My system is:
Nebula Pro and Nebula Server 1.3.668
OSX 10.8.5 32bit
Cubase 7.0.7 32bit

Is this upgrade right for my system?
I still see 32 bit in my account, just a cache thing?
I took this screenshot a second ago

Download it, it's just a typo, the files where
changed already on the server! 8-)

My system is:
Nebula Pro and Nebula Server 1.3.668
OSX 10.8.5 32bit
Cubase 7.0.7 32bit

Under this setup, it should have worked already,
must be something wrong with your authorization.

Which auth? Yours or AcusticaAudio?

Anyway EAR worked with NebulaPro but not with Nebula Server.

You have to authorize it through nebula server with
OUR aut-files.

So you mean:
- run Nebula Server;
- open EAR;
- upload the EAR ser file;
- authorize it in MyAccount in your website;
- put the AUT file in the same folder where the SER has been generated.

Am I correct?

Ok, I did this:

- deleted these two files, EAR_HALLS.AUT and EAR_HALLS.SER;
- run the Server;
- run EAR;
- loaded a HALL preset;
- got the INIT preset.

No SER file is generated.

EDIT: if I run NebulaPro instead, the EAR_HALL.SER is generated once again.
So, where's the problem?

EDIT2: if I run the Server and I check the DISK page, I can see "CUSTOMER", so I guess Nebula is properly authorized.
