Any Nebula library similar to Tonelux Tilt and T*****t A-R.?

Postby dagovitsj » Mon Oct 24, 2011 1:42 pm

Hi!
I've recognized that Softube http://www.softube.com/ has a 30-50% off campaign at the moment and have considered Tonelux Tilt. But instead of using my money on this plugin, I'll rather get a Nebula library which does the same thing. Anyone who knows if there is a Nebula library which can do the same thing as Tilt and T*****t A-Range?

I think that Cd Soundmaster's T*****t Console and Rhythm in Mind's RCA/A Iron Line Eq should be good for a try.
(That offer is yummy although! I just purchased FET and Massive-Passive. Mmmhhh, 64 bit mac)

Unfortunately, the T*****t from CDSM
is console inputs & outputs only.
I'd looove to see a T*****t eq sampled though.

It's Iron Line, with the caveat that it's one-way only: more treble, less bass, but not the reverse. It's worth having regardless because it is superb at adding gorgeous air. If Eric put a phase coherent Dry/Wet mix knob in the thing, it would be my fave little Clariphonic replacement. Hint, hint.

Although it's not a Nebula program, there is a free plugin tilt EQ from Elysia that does what the Tonelux does minus the harmonic enhancement. Stick it before your favorite Nebula transistor program and there you go:

For balancing highs and lows in a tilting style:

FREE: TAL-USE (Ultra Simple Eq)

TAL-USE (Ultra Simple Eq) is especially designed after some tilt eq's from the 70's. This type of eq allows to adjust the audio material without changing the character of a sound to much.

Its an easy way, to make an audio signal sound darker or brighter with only one knob. The bass lift knob is a special addition that boosts or attenuates bass frequencies below 300Hz.

NEBULA: Siemens W295B EQ For Nebula Pro

"...There is also a special collection of high and low shelf combined frequencies, allowing you to balance highs and lows at the same time, at any variable balance."
