Giancarlo's suggestion to check the ser file in a text editor got me thinking so I tried deleting & recreating new ser files after rebooting & with my different monitor setups.

Basically my ser seems to change to one of the 2 codes I posted.
As I have Aut codes for both these serials already, all I need to do if W735 isn't working is to swap to the other Aut file & it works!

I'm sure Giancarlo will offer a more elegant solution than this.

ahhh! good find!! there's hope :D thx Giancarlo and good luck AITB, as soon as this is fixed i'll finish buying what i miss.

without starting a debate it's always the legit customer who suffers from copy protection + added cost for dev + as soon as a crack team put hands on your software all your efforts goes down to 0... and well, i even wonder if that's useful in this nice Nebula community.. imho ;)

I am having similar problems.
I installed the new version, authorized them fine, then I purchased a SSD, and (just to see if it improved the loading times) copied my programs there, used ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH and AITB programs now show INIT.

I copied all again to the original location and they still show INIT. Try reauthorizing, sending the ser file again (I wasted my last authorization option on the doc fear).

Ape channel works fine (it seems it doesn´t require authorization).

Could it be the new SSD? Niklas haven´t responded to mi mails yet, the AITB forum seems to be down, and I need to use the EQs in a large mixing project.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks!!!

Hello Pablo. During the AITB AUT beta test we find in several computers AUT issues were fixed running windows registry cleanner. Add or remove drives should not change you SER/AUT values anymore. So you might be aware that Niklas upload last set of AITB bundles about 3 weeks ago. It's the version 1.30. So please download again your libraries protected with AUT anticopy system and try it again. You can request an account reset if you get the maximum downloads

If Nicklas is offline you can contact Mirco: mirco@analoginthebox.com

Thanks Enrique, I have send him an email, asking for an account reset.

So I should download the newer versions,
Copy the repository again to the SSD
Set alternativedatapath
Install the newer AITB version to that location
Authorize

That would be a wise procedure? What registry cleaner are you reffering to?

I should download the newer versions

YES

Copy the repository again to the SSD

Well. Just a Vector and Program folder to the alternativedatapath and left INIT emulation preset in repository.

Install the newer AITB version to that location

YES

Authorize

YES. That means upload your .SER file into AITB website and download the .AUT file and save it in the same folder than AITB .SER file, that should be Acustica Audio repository not the AITB alternativedatapath. There is a long explanation into AITB manuals.

What registry cleaner are you refering to?
