AITB authorization problems.

Postby mchillak » Sun Oct 16, 2011 11:08 pm

I have recently bought the FLEX EQ bundle from AITB. Great. After successfully authorizing Mammoth, Fate, Doc Fear and have been mixing all week with them.

Today I go to open a file and see that every time i try and open one of these presets all get is the "Init". As if the presets aren't authorized again. Very frustrating as I can see the auth. files in the nebula folder yet Nebula doesn't seem to be reading them. :x

I can't reauthorize anymore as I have reached my limit in my AITB account.

Anybody have any experience with this problem?

This may be a silly question but did you authorize actual Nebula itself?

Its only Mammoth, Doc Fear, Fate that won't load. All my other 3rd party presets work fine.

Oh I see, and those others that work are true 3rd party? Meaning not the included library?

yeah it definitely is just those 3. they are the only 3 libraries which have to be authorized. The authorization files are all where they are supposed to be but Nebula isn't recognizing them anymore for some reason.

yes. just hoping someone might have had this problem and was able to solve it. I emailed AITB but haven't heard back from them and I need to export a mix for a client and can't until I get this resolved.

In your nebulatemprepositories, are there the AITB ser file AND the aut file for each library? Like the screenshot I attached? Because with AITB libraries, you need to register it, put the registration file into the authorizing app that you run, then you get an "aut" file that you place in with the ser files.

Problem solved!!!! I had to uninstall a program called "mac drive" from my computer. I had just installed it yesterday. don't know why it was causing problems with AITB presets but who cares as long as its fixed.

Thanks for your help guys.
