Hello zeyoung,

please don't ask for support here! Ask in AITB forums or better via email / our formular (best choice!) Thanks!

We also need at least SOME information to help you. What OS? Nebula version? And so on...

If you're on PC: Run your DAW with admin rights and try again.

PS: Please quote this post and answer by one of the options mentioned above! Thanks!

is this a re-sampling of the ape channel hardware or are the same samples used? is it vintage or modern A*I? cheers.

There are 3 EQs:

EQ1: Older model (new samples)
EQ2: Newer model (new samples)
PREq: = APE channel (old samples).

I would like to use the €3 this time in my account balance to pay for the upgrade and already sent an email.

Hope to receive a favourable reply soon.

Edit: Thank you Niklas for the fast reply. The new presets are phenomenal.

Cheers
David

Is there a reason why the combo programs aren't pushed further? For example, could you use all the available sliders, two for low- freq and +-, two for mids- freq and +- and two for hi- freq and +- the remaining two for hi cut low cut or shelf? Is it a CPU thing?

Lovely sounding eq by the way, up there with my favorites!

Two reasons for that, One is templates and deconvolution would be very complex resulting in 1000's of samples also it may not work and after weeks of sampling and that is be extremely disappointing. When I first started making my elc24 eq I tried 180 sample programs yes it is possible to get more detail but cpu was so high and each program and it was taking me many upon many hours to produce them.

When computers get faster then it will happen. So we are stuck with three bands for now.

Cheers for the explanation Tim. It's a shame nebula isn't quite there with this sort of thing, the sound quality blows 99% of other plugins out of the water even to my novice ears but the workflow is still a bit convoluted. Still one of my favourite plugins though!

I'm joining the party (=thread) a little late here..
I've had a privilige to test this library too and I totally agree with richie. It's THE best A*I eq for nebula to date. I also like TCS (channel strip) by Henry Olonga, but it's a different approach. While testing ApeQ I didn't have acces to manual and thought that eq1 and eq2 is just two different mono units so I used it on multiple occasions for busses and master busses doing it like I had a pair of mono eqs (eq1 doing left channel, eq2 = right) and I tell You it sounded awesome, even though these are totally different units, different converters and different gain levels were used to sample it's all so well calibrated that I had a nice "real" stereo effect just by using them this way. Try it!
Anyway.. best A*I eq in digital world so far! No joke. :P
Merry christmas to all!

@Analoginthebox

The contact form on your webpage isn't working at the moment - it returns an error '403' and then 'Forbidden - Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues'
