ok.. I'll try to fit in favourite three but there's always more..: (HO = Henry Olonga, CDS = CDSoundmaster)

EQs: CDS Amek98, HO Titan (Helios), CDS TubeTrek, (also CDS Baxandall!!, AlexB BMQ, MWQ, CLQ)

Preamps: HO Vintage73!, HO TeeGee MK2, HO V72, HO Mojo Libraries (which sample sound of compressors, preamps, eqs..etc): TeeGee Mk1 Mojo, 5033 Mojo, Summo, Stooder, etc.. they're cheap and You can get nice discount

Tape: CDS R2R AND Tapebooster!, HO tape libs (start with numbers 2, 5, then maybe 7), AlexB TSX

Tubes: CDS Vintage Tube Collection AND Tubebooster!

Compressors: Cupwise Rayphlex!, Gemini KultComp!, AlexB OTD, CDS The drum Compressor

Consoles: AlexB CLC, HO Summo, (don't use consoles much these days..probably CDS consoles are great, but I yet have to try them - I'd first try the Globe)

I also recommend trying at least a few Henry Olonga Quick mix libraries - there are a few flavours (A*I 550a, N**e portico 5033, gml) of presets designed to eq different instruments (bass, acoustic guitars, piano, brass, vocals.. etc. - it does work great, if You need to shape Your track quickly and don't want to open 5 instances of nebula just to eq a track).
Also, I strongly recommend trying some of these "other" category libraries like: Cupwise Custom Tremolos, AlexB Vintage Synth Filters (best in computer fx filters on earth).. there are more but these are veeeery nice.

Happy shopping! :P

Depends. If you're working like me @ 44.1 kHz great starters are:

EQ: Fate eq, Mammoth eq (AITB) and PTeQ (Alex B)
Compression: Rayplex (Cupwise)
Tape: ANM (Alex B)
Reverb: Phonocamptica (AITB)

I should have written about CDS w295 but I still don't have it.. generally with eqs is that You need to find suitable one to a particular track, so it's best to have many options..
by the way, sneaky, what is: drhv tubes?? ;)
