Yes.
All of the original Programs are still included, and they are sampled at 44.1kHz.
All of the new Programs are sampled at 96kHz, and can be correctly converted to any sample rate you use.

Michael, this and tube booster are really great..I've just downloaded Tube booster and have a couple of high programs on a drum buss following a tube. It's turned some pretty average drum samples into something useable for starters but besides that I'm facinated flipping through the different tubes, seems the differences between tubes are easier to notice with TubeBooster, of course I have noticed tonal differences between the tubes but the way they saturate and catch different harmonics (sorry I don't really know if this is the correct language for what I'm trying to explain) is fascinating. I'm made up :D
