No, it's a Nebula Skin made by Scott Kane (witchgraft.com). It's called "SK GOOD (CRYPTED)" I downloaded it from the old website.

Another fantastic tool to work with!

Thanks for making it available at very reasonable cost.

Still early in my evaluation ... but liking what I hear so far.
The 'expansion' pack should be interesting ... need to know more of what that'll be. 8-)
