If you don't mind non-Nebula then I recommend Audio Damage Fluid. It may not be an Eventide-like chorus (never heard those) but it's really nice and close to the Roland chorus on my JX8P synth, which is considered a very good one. Good price too.

I thought so. Till I sampled L*****n chorus. It's pretty a good one even without the detuning effect, because in such case it was used in a subtle way
