The plug in has shown as registered as customer ( 1.3.6008)
Did you send me the correct key for nebula3 pro? as in my user area it says the key is for nebula 3?

Copy/paste Nebula files will not work. Ensure that your .SER file and your OSX serial number are the same. Open your .SER file in a text edit app.

I had the same problem under Windows. My authorization was not correct, somehow the serial number changed or something (sata drivers changed?).

Anyway, it still showed 'registered -> customer' while it wasn't. I moved my Programs/init.n2p and Vectors/init.n2v file somewhere else (Backed them up), and removed any .ser file from Nebula that might be there.

Then restarted my DAW and loaded Nebula. It refused to start because it is now not authorized (init.xxx files removed) and it shows 'register with this serial: xxxxxxx'.

I checked, and that serial was clearly different than the one I used before to authorize, hence I think something changed in my system configuration nebula uses for authorization.

I resubmitted that new serial, and after loading the license I got returned suddenly the supplied Nebula libraries started worked again. So it was an authorization issue after all. How that came to be, no clue. But I also upgraded from Nebula3 -> Nebula 3 Pro.

OSX authorization is different than in PC but in both system Nebula will not inform if .SER file and Key are different. Everything is described in the authorization FAQ. We will improve registration ASAP.
