I just ordered the Neb3 pro bundle but i still only see the free libraries available under my libraries.

How long does it take for the purchase to register?

hi,
did you install in a different folder than nebula free?
this is necessary.

did you send your .ser file from nebulatemrepository to acustica?
you will get a license-file back, which should make any commercial librarys visible, when installed in the right directory.

I uninstalled the free version then installed my pro version. The pro install is only 11MB there is no way it contained any libraries. I am really confused. I would assume I would need to download the gigs of commercial libraries same as the free ones but they are no where to be found.

Did you put your license.exe into the folder of nebulatemprepository and double click it to activate the license?

Hi, I installed the Neb3 pro bundle and I did not receive the .ser file in the nebulatemprepository folder. How do I resolve this problem?

Did you open an instance of Nebula in your sequencer first?
