I already checked the file directory specified and there's no .ser file. I have literally searched every folder in the Nebula directory and there's nothing. I also sent you guys a message on facebook to try and get this all worked out but I haven't heard anything back. I apologize if I'm being pushy; I just really need this program to get a project done. If you guys could create a .ser file for me based off my computer's hardware number and order number or give me some other alternative to get this fixed, I'd really appreciate it. (I included those in the message I sent on facebook, but I can send them again if needed.) I just can't find the .ser file that's supposed to be generated. Anyway, thanks a lot for your time and thanks for your sophisticated contribution to music.
I've taken every precaution, and followed all help procedures. Still no .ser file. Pls work with me here and allow me to send you all my/computer's info so that you may send me my .ser file direct so that i may use this product that Have Paid very good $$ for... Thank you
@richie I have absolutely followed this procedure (several times, proper uninstal w/o omiting libraries etc, everything Acustica has suggested) with no positive results leading me closer to being able to utilize my new purchase
Gentlemen, it has been a full week since I believed in and purchased your product with my very hard earned savings. It gives me a heavy heart that your company that I have so enthusiastically decided to support and tell my peers all abt is does not seem alarmed enough abt my technical difficulties to get me absolutely quickly up and running, makes me feel undervalued as a customer and I must let my peers here and online know that I have been sitting on an expensive piece of software that I can't even utilize, or get a refund on. Unlike many others, i make it a point not to allow pirated software on my company's computer and it is very frustrating as a consumer to care so much abt a company's rights and hard work, but not seemingly receive the same care and attention from our business relationship. I have followed all suggested procedures from your team and the forums, sent anything you have asked for, I have made sure to hold up my end of the bargain will you pls provide the same for me?
